Update Regarding Our Former NYC Locations

We understand that there may be some confusion about what has happened to the five studios that formerly operated under the Fierce Grace identify in New York City.
To clarify: Fierce Grace has not rebranded. Any announcements or changes suggesting otherwise did not come from us.
The removal of the Fierce Grace name from those studios was not a decision made by our corporation. Fierce Grace continues to operate as a brand and as a society, and we endure committed to our unique yoga system and to serving our global trainee base.
We are deeply sorry that so many of you were caught off guard by this unexpected and unapproved change. Your loyalty and support signify the world to us, and we are incredibly grateful to all who have reached out.
We are actively productive on a recent phase for Fierce Grace in NYC and are building a visionary team to relaunch our successful studio model. With a vibrant and passionate NYC community behind us, we believe there’s never been a better time for Fierce Grace 2.0.
We’d love you to be a part of it.

It is strength and flexibility in unity that shapes my routine, keeps me focused, and unwinds me after a long day. My background is in economics and I have been practicing regulation for almost a decade. I am the General Counsel at a fintech startup but still make time for yoga every damn day. I take event in the fact that my broga practice has inspired many other men to start practicing yoga as well. The Corner Yoga Studio will be a community where more than the insta-famous-wannabe yogis come to receive “toned.” It is rooted in yoga for all – as long as you're ready to commit, work hard, and take it. I promise you won’t be the sweatiest guy in the room.

All of my continued education has focused on getting to know people and the body better. How to support individuals and communities, help relieve anxiety and pain, understand 'stress,' ‘trauma,’ ‘addiction,' 'alignment' or really: body individuality. I came to this pra

SHANE ALLEN, 500 RYT

The way we action tells a story. The liberty in our steps or the rounding in our spine are silent communicators of where we've been and what we've inherited along the way. Shane's intention is to pay attention . His hope is to encourage self love and kindness for others.

Applying the ancient principles of chinese medicine (Science of Self 300 RYT) and the oral tradition of the vedic chakra system (Daya Yoga 200 RYT), his classes are intended to celebrate the body, and perhaps more importantly, to include fun! Laughter is contagious, but falling in class doesn’t have to be! Don't forget that the real perform transcends the mat.

Shane is also a haughty and active volunteer at SAGE- Support & Services for LG
