Family guy the gay gene
Rate/Review Family Guy: Family Gay
This episode.....I mean.....I LOVE Family Guy and all but.....it was really cringe-worthy.
Since Family Guy is just Robot Chicken with a plot to break up the sketches I'll review this episode in the equal manner that I reviewed "Oceans three and a half".
Dragon's lair - It was just pretty to look at.....and Peter hitting the wall made me gigle a bit, only due to his scream.
Everything with the horse - Gold.......or should I state Goldman
Stewie drinking horse sperm - That was just horrifying
Stewie being against homosexuality - A agreeable little twist.
Squirrel gene - Priceless
Seth Rogan gene - Stupid
Gay gene - GUILTYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!
Peter being so stereotypical - Hit and miss
Chris farting on Meg and punching Lois - Just goes to show what thoughtful of lessons Peter taught him.......chuckled.
11-way - Once again......horrifying
Cleveland's bathtub gag - I still haven't gotten exhausted of that.
Everything at direct camp - Couldn't end laughing
Asian family - Meh
Scott - ...........I hate that name.

While on his way to purchase groceries, Peter buys a mentally-challenged horse instead, which not only creeps everyone out but also causes $100,000 worth of damage when Peter enters it in a race and it goes on a rampage. Though the horse ends up dying of a fatal heart attack and Peter disposes of the body by flinging it into Mort Goldman's Pharmacy, the Griffins are in debt for initial damages. To make money, Peter works as a test subject for medical experiments, entity injected with various genes to witness their effects; these include the squirrel gene, the Seth Rogen gene (with Rogen himself providing the voice of the transformed Peter), and the queer gene, which turns Peter into a flamboyant homosexual.
"Family Gay" contains examples of (YMMV goes here):
- The Alleged Steed: The brain-damaged horse that Peter gets. It headbutts the wall and pisses itself moments after Peter brings it residence, stands behind Peter's car and refuses to move until Peter backs into it, Now, remember, don't touch this capital until you get to the grocery store.
Then buy one can of beans and come linear home. Do you understand?
Lois, I'm a guy you can believe with a task.
I'm the one who almost conquered the dragon's layer.
Ah!
"Dragon's Layer"
Peter, where have you been?
You left for the market six hours ago.
Did you receive the beans?
I got something better.
You know how you always wanted a real diamond engagement ring?
Oh, my God.
That's right. I bought a horse.
You bought a horse?
Why the hell did...? I didn't give you that much money.
That's what I thought, Lois.
Sold to the gentleman from Quahog, Rhode lsland.
Congratulations, sir. What brings you down here to Louisville?
I don't know.
Peter, there's something off about that horse.
You have an eye for animals.
This horse is Ret*rded. That's why I got it so cheap.
I don't think it's wise to have a Ret*rded horse as a house pet.
Shut up. You don't know nothing about anything.
Whatever, Peter. Fine, preserve the horse.
Good, this family works much better when we're unified.
You'll see, this horse will be a fine addition to our family.
I don't want him to feel self-conscious. Everybody, pee.
“Family Gay” (March 8, 2009)
Is it anticlimactic to say that this episode of Family Guy is not as terrible as you might expect? It concerns Peter being injected with the same-sex attracted gene and becoming temporarily gay, and for the Seth MacFarlane of it all, this one gets some stuff right, lands a few decent jokes, biffs some unpleasant ones and sometimes sacrifices laughs altogether to shock, horrify or offend. In short, it’s usual Family Guy.
